“We are considering doubling sales within two or three years”, stated Elmer Hardey, Honda’s senior manager of alternative vehicles. “With the activity in the environmental vehicle space, we are anticipating growth in sales of CNG vehicles, not only in California but nationwide”, added the businessman in an interview with HybridCars.com.
In turn, Hardey established that a home-refuelling option is still available to GX drivers. Moreover, he confirmed that the CNG GX model would still be offered when the completely redesigned Civic will come out in 2012.
