The Rüsselsheim-based automaker has recently announced that its new generation Opel Combo will offer six different engines, including the natural gas choice. This version, running on low-cost and environmentally-friendly fuel, delivers 88 kW/120 hp and has a six-speed manual transmission.
Moreover, the new Opel Zafira Tourer will be unveiled at the 64th IAA (September 15 – 25, 2011) and, according to Opel, it will once again be available in a natural gas version not long after this initial launch. The current model is offered with a 150-hp turbo engine and can travel for 100 km on less than 5 € of fuel.
Equipped with refined design, airy cabin atmosphere, an upgraded chassis and innovative technologies that increase comfort and safety, the CNG Zafira is expected to go on sale in 2011.
