The company announced that it recently received orders for its Q-CabLITE™ and Q-RailLITE™ CNG storage modules with a combined total of approximately $0.7 million from Time Transport Inc., a same-day freight transport operator based in Racine, Wisconsin.
“We are pleased that Time Transport selected our, light-weight storage modules,” said Brian Olson, CEO of Quantum Technologies. “This addition to our growing customer base is further evidence that our Q-CabLITE and Q-RailLITE modules are being recognized in the CNG market for the great value they provide due to their better fuel capacity and weight savings.”
Quantum’s storage modules are integrated CNG fuel systems for heavy-duty truck applications. The Q-CabLITE product line is installed behind the cab allowing for a larger capacity of CNG, while the Q-RailLITE product line is installed on the traditional open rail-space of the truck.
Last month, Quantum also received a significant order to provide the same CNG storage modules to 80 heavy duty vehicles from Ryder’s fleet.
