CNG will be introduced in Slovenia
Enos LNG producer, together with three other companies, developed the demonstration project for the use of compressed natural gas for vehicles in the country. The bus operator of Ljubljana (Slovenia’s capital city) has launched a tender to purchase 20 CNG buses. Also, the first refuelling station will be located in that metropolis.
The NGVs will run on the roads of the four largest cities which have installed Vehicle Restricted Areas (VRAs). Moreover, public filling stations will be built in all cities that join the project.
The Slovenian launch was introduced by Enos in a special event, where NGVA Europe General Manager, Manuel Lage, presented the experiences of using CNG in Europe and also described successful examples for using biomethane in transportation field.
