The new fleet will include eight buses for the Circle Line and 16 minibuses that will operate 100% on CNG -the specifications required at least 10%- and will reduce up to 25% CO₂ emissions to the air, according to newspaper La Razón. In addition, UTE have donated two vehicles to the City for inspections.

Circle Line buses will be Castrosua Man 10-meter vehicles, while the 16 minibuses will be Mercedes Carbus, all natural gas-powered and adapted for disabled users. Only three vehicles will run on diesel for booking services, which will be replaced over the contract.

Moreover, the new bus operator will have its own CNG fueling facility in the Integral Center for Transportation (Citmusa) in Sangonera la Seca, where it will build its garages, offices, car wash, workshops and parking lots. UTE is expected to keep ticket prices and jobs the same.
