To begin with the production of the first batch, the company expects to obtain government approval to operate as OEM automaker, and thus advance with the Configuration Model License. The following steps include tests and permits that would lead the firm to set up a new manufacturing plant in the province of Buenos Aires to build fleets, freight vehicles and taxis. To achieve this objective, the company also expects to receive a special funding from the national government.

"The aim of the Popular Car project is to have a traditional assembly plant producing 40,000 vehicles per year," told to Prensa Vehicular Miguel Angel Bravo, CEO and chairman of ArqBravo Group. "The next idea is to manufacture about 200,000 units per year for export."

The businessman also said that the plan is to use domestic parts: “Our vehicles are designed to have 70% local components and up to 90% regional components. Furthermore, many of the parts will be manufactured by Bravo Motor Company, as the CNG engine, which is currently being developed”.
