"I hope that the Ministry for Agriculture and Forestry will award incentives for the use of natural gas in Italy, which doesn't make any negative impact on the farm sector," the Municipality of Bologna assessor for the Productive Activities Nadia Monti stated a few hours ago at the NGV2012 Bologna opening ceremony.

Later on, BolognaFiere Chairman Duccio Campagnoli addressed the large audience present in that moment: "The automotive future will be undoubtedly marked by the necessity to achieve new environmentally friendly mobility forms for the new generations".

New NGVA Europe Chairman Gerard Holtmeier, NGV Global president Gabriele Gozzi, director of NGV Communications Group Claudio Kohan, and NGV System Italia director Michele Ziosi also attended the inauguration ceremony. "In particular, LNG is one of the next challenges the European project 'Blue Corridor' has to face for the creation of an extended distribution network across Europe,” Francesco  Santangelo, Eni Gas & Power sales manager, said in turn.
