The purchase includes three CNG stations in Indiana, which will be added to the existing fueling network of American Natural Gas, LLC (ANG). The fueling stations are located in Frankfort, IN; Vincennes, IN and Indianapolis, IN and serve a variety of high profile customers.
“Acquiring Northville NG Fuels allows ANG to effectively penetrate the CNG station market in Indiana, expanding our operational footprint. We look forward to picking up where Northville NG Fuels left off and leveraging our operational experience and expertise to optimize the station operations at each of the three locations,” said ANG CEO Drew West.
ANG, distributor of alternative fuels who designs, builds, owns, operates and maintains natural gas fueling stations, is planning significant upgrades at the Indianapolis Airport location to accommodate the increase in demand, including the addition of a second compressor, three additional bottles of storage and other improvements to enhance the reliability of the station. Additionally, operational modifications will be made to the Frankfort and Vincennes locations to optimize station performance.
“Our vision is operating one of the most expansive publicly accessible, heavy-duty CNG station networks in the United States, and we will continue to execute upon that vision,” added West.
