The National Gas Regulatory Authority (Enargas) is organizing a Training Seminar on “New Supply Alternatives through Cryogenic Storage,” particularly aimed at highlighting the potential of LNG. The activity will be directed to the authorities of the energy sector of the provinces that make up the Federal Organization of Hydrocarbon Producing States (Ofephi).
Representatives of the firms YPF S.A., Invap, Camuzzi Energía S.A., Scania, Iveco Argentina, Corven and Galileo Technologies S.A. will participate as speakers. The seminar is expected to serve as a space for exchanging experiences and articulation between the representatives of companies linked to LNG and CNG technologies and the provinces, for future decision-making regarding energy policy.
During the training, attendees will be able to find out about the current regulations in relation to LNG, the Storage Regulations issued by Enargas to give certainty and security to the activity, supply technologies and LNG supply scenarios.
Successful experiences in the application of these new technologies will also be developed, such as the application in heavy vehicles powered by LNG, blue corridors; dual fuel stations and virtual pipelines, as well as projects under development, reported Télam news agency.
