The visit was headed by senior officials and was organized by the Argentine Chancellery together with the Pakistan Embassy and by Enargas, Argentine entity analogous to the Pakistani one.
The main objective of the visit was to speed up the recertification processes in Pakistan and support the insertion of Aspro’s compression system into such a market. In turn, the OGRA will share projects related to the gas development in its country and develop CNG refuelling station installation programs oriented to bus supply.
Aspro has been present in Pakistan since 2006 through its official distributor, AFTEK Engineering (Pvt.) Ltd., providing commercial and technical advice all around the country.
Argentina and Pakistan are the two major CNG users with 2.5 million and 1.9 million converted vehicles, respectively. Besides, the Asian country is one of the top sector markets and its upbeat growth is expected to be higher.
