Hernan Vega, CEO of the EEC-GNV, said the agreement gives a boost to the energy grid transition being implemented by the national government, thus reducing the use of liquid fuels in the country.
The agreement specifically states that both institutions will partner to develop work plans and schedules as well as to promote the widespread benefits of free natural gas vehicle conversions.
Moreover, Bolivian Chamber of Industry is in charge of collecting the documentation of its members and providing it to the EEC-GNV to perform the CNG kit installation. In addition, the agreement establishes the implementation of a database of all the Chamber’s beneficiaries participating in the program.
