According to Global Bus (Golden Dragon representative in Peru) general manager Jorge Martínez the sales of 350 buses involve USD 28 million, reported Andina new agency. The executive also confirmed that there are at least 200 units ordered in a profitable market context, because new routes are under construction.
“The buses are attractive because they were designed for country’s routes and has primarily a post-sales service, which includes the best market rates,” Martínez said.
Moreover, he stated: “It is the first batch of CNG buses entering the market to meet the demand.”
