OJSC Kamaz and the city administration of Bakhchysaray, located in central Crimea, have signed an agreement for the delivery of these vehicles that will be deployed for municipal services in the city. The contract was signed during large-scale events in Crimea devoted to the finish of the rally promoting natural gas as a motor fuel in Russia and the 45th anniversary of the truck manufacturer.
The company’s representatives emphasized that the contract was only the first step in the planned long-term cooperation with the region, whose citizens will be “happy to receive the municipal vehicles” as they will be used to keep the city in good conditions.
The end of the motor race took place in Lenin square, in Crimea, and was attended by Rustam Timergaleev, First Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea, among other officials, who addressed the participants of the rally with an opening speech.
