Along with several of its promotional partners, CNG Oklahoma, an EPA certified sales, repair and conversion shop for natural gas vehicles, will put its Tulsa Flyer long-range vehicle on the road in September.
The Tulsa Flyer CNG-powered, extended-range F-250 truck will travel cross-country in an effort to promote NGVs and federal legislation aimed at stimulating sales, reported Green Fleet Magazine.
During stops, company leaders with meet with local media to explain the economic and environmental benefits of natural gas vehicles. In Washington, CNG Oklahoma owner Ted Massad will meet congressmen John Sullivan and Dan Boren, who authored the federal bill, before returning to Oklahoma.
