According to a report published by PB Hoje website, Sampaio de Lucena considered that the meeting was an encouragement to all parties involved and it provided an idea about the program’s results in the short term: “We all got together at one place in order to identify what the next steps are. The company’s objective was to be familiar with the real interest of those involved in the plan and, at the same time, to listen to their suggestions,” the businessman stated.
Besides that, Toscano said there is lack of information and myths around the use of NGVs. “We seek to demonstrate that we offer a viable and competitive service, in comparison with other fuels. We also provided concrete evidence and we reported incredibly positive experiences in this regard. After the meeting, we were satisfied because we managed to clear many doubts,” he explained.
As a first result of the meeting and before the campaign official launch, new users have opted for CNG. PBGÁS Industrial and Vehicle Market manager Evaldo de Mello revealed that six users had converted their taxis into natural gas system the day after the gathering.
