“Where is economically reasonable to use CNG, it must be used. We like competition and efficient and cleaner fuels. It is important to implement CNG in public transport in order to reduced dependence on liquid fuels and obtain less vulnerability of subsidies,” the official stated.
In his speech, Gonzales referred to the process of establishing the Regulatory Commission of Gas and Liquid Fuels, which will be responsible for the regulation of the price, rates to expand the system and controlling the dominant position in the sector.
