The Industrial Park for Natural Gas Vehicles will be located in the municipality of San Joaquín, in Carabobo State.
According to the 2011 PDVSA Annual Management Report, the three joint ventures between the state oil company (which holds the largest share) and Argentine capital are the following: Cylinders Alba, formed by PDVSA Industrial and Kioshi Compresión with estimated production capacity of 250,000 units per year; Alba Compressors and Dispensers, formed by PDVSA Industrial and GNC Galileo with a projected production capacity of 200 units/year; and Alba Conversion Systems, formed by PDVSA Industrial and T. A. Gas Technology, with a estimated capacity production of 120,000 units/year.
