The NGV number 1,500 was a Nissan Sentra model delivered in special event held at the “Taxi Driver House”, a program carried out by Caja Metropolitana together with Lima Foundation.
“This plan offers many services such as legal advisory, medical and psychological care, training, workshops, among many others, in order to assist drivers in their professional development,” president of the Lima Foundation Edith Matias Muñoz explained, according to report released by the Municipality the Lima.
The meeting was also attended by Caja Metropolitana general manager Julio Lazo, who commented that this new goal achieved represents the profitability and confidence of this taxi program. “This is a credit not only to buy a car, but also denotes an improvement for the economy and the future of the Peruvian family,” he concluded.
The ceremony took place only a month after the organization hit the mark of 1,000 units given to cab drivers.
