To partner with GNVert represents Solideo’s involvement in sustainable transportation, explained Eric Jacquemetton, CEO of Solideo, subsidiary of Transports Mory, which plans to introduce various heavy-duty NGVs in addition to the recently acquired seven 3.5 to 7-tonne Iveco Daily vans.
“Our approach aims to sustainable development, what it means meeting current needs while preserving the environment without compromising the social and economic balance for future generations. The advantage of CNG compared to electrical is obvious: much greater drive range and less need for fuelling. CNG is ideal for heavy-duty fleets,” added Jacquemetton.
Solideo’s first natural gas powered vehicle, an Iveco Daily 35C14, was presented in May at GNVert station in Bercy, Paris.
