According to a report published by CarWale, there is also a possibility that the M800’s replacement, the Alto 800, may also get a CNG variant at the time of the launch. Once the Alto K10 gets the petrol-CNG bi-fuel option, it is only a matter of time before the likes of the A-Star and the Estilo join the CNG transition.
The present 800cc Alto CNG is available in all the trims – STD, LX and LXi. It is expected that Alto K10 would also be available in CNG in both LXi and VXi trims.
Since the Indian car market is expanding its NGV offering, Honda is expected to launch the City CNG in a few weeks.
