“After two years of taking steps, this coveted project has finally been completed and this represents the beginning of new ventures to come, which would benefit people settled along the bi-oceanic corridor,” Genex CEO Juan Carlos Zurita and manager Luis García said at the ribbon cutting ceremony.
Also, the National Hydrocarbons Agency (ANH) has given Ecogas the license to perform conversions to CNG. It is worth mentioning that the ANH announced a few days ago that it is committed to encourage the blue corridor development on the national roads.
Both the mayor of Puerto Quijarro, Ibar Antelo, and mayor of Puerto Suárez, Roberto Vaca, attended the ceremony and applauded the execution of the project at the border area, where fuel cost has been historically expensive for transportation.
Arroyo Concepción is located within the municipality of Puerto Quijarro, part of the province of Germán Busch in the Santa Cruz Department.
