Egypt’s Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources Tarek al-Molla has launched the first mobile natural gas station in Egypt and the whole Middle East region. This opening is part of the petroleum sector’s efforts to provide CNG for transport across the country, especially in remote places, which lack natural gas networks.
The new mobile natural gas station, operated by Gastec, could be deployed to places with seasonal activities, such as summer recreational resorts and compounds, in addition they could be used in emergency cases, such as maintenance of common filling stations. With a capacity of 5,000 cubic meters of natural gas, the mobile unit could also provide fueling services to industrial and commercial facilities in any area where it is positioned.
According to Tarek al-Molla, the aim is to provide a sufficient and appropriate number of stations to work with natural gas while spreading them across all governorates, covering highways and hubs, to help meet the needs of citizens. He added that the current target is to increase the number of CNG stations to 1,000 nationwide within one year, instead of 250 when it was first launched. Highest quality cbd oil capsules 25mg USA .
