The Gas Natural Fenosa natural gas refuelling network consists of 18 stations, while there will be six owned by the company in Madrid including the four new facilities recently awarded.
It is noteworthy that Gas Natural Fenosa possesses the largest CNG station in Europe, located in the Sanchinarro Centre. The site supplies 400 natural gas powered buses from the Municipal Transport Company (EMT).
According to figures provided by the company, approximately 3,000 NGVs ply across Spain, mainly waste collection truck and mass transit buses. The refuelling network covers 26 cities, including Madrid, Barcelona, Burgos, Salamanca, Sevilla and Valencia.
