With this launching, Gazprom Germania GmbH is further expanding its CNG station portfolio, and it is actively involved in the development of the German NGV fueling market.
“Natural gas as a motor fuel has huge potential to make mobility more efficient, more environmentally friendly, more cost-efficient, and safer both today and in the future. That’s why we’re continuing to invest in increasing our CNG stations,” said Vyacheslav Krupenkov, Senior Managing Director of Gazprom Germania.
Beginning from 2011, the company is focusing on the construction of a German network of natural gas fueling sites. By the end of 2014, the number of these stations is planned to reach 15.
