David Terrill, executive director of NTSWA, stated: “We feel that this clean fuels project could be located in no better place than the heart of the Marcellus Shale natural gas fuel development area. This is a perfect location to showcase the attributes of clean-burning transportation fuel from Pennsylvania that will serve the nation’s energy supplies.”
The new facility will be located at the entrance to the NTSWA Integrated Waste Management Facility along U.S. Route 6 in West Burlington Township. This municipal authority also plans to convert part of its refuse collection and recycling truck fleet from diesel to CNG, according to a news release submitted by the NTSWA and published by The Daily Review.
