Kioshi Compresion will sign a documentation in which accepts the transfer of technology to Pdvsa and the constitution of a company for the construction of seamless steel cylinders.
Other agreement will be featured by GNC Galileo, which will form a joint venture company with the industrial area of the Venezuelan state group for the manufacture of compressors and CNG filling stations in the Caribbean country.
Also, Argentinian firm TA will undertake the transfer of technology and the establishment of a joint venture with Pdvsa, with the aim of developing conversion kits for natural gas vehicles.
It is worth noting that natural gas will be the main integration focus of the agreements, through which Argentinian companies will transfer their technology and expertise to Venezuela, a country that aims to promote definitely this fuel consumption.
According to Argentinian news agency Telam, agreements will be signed within the framework of the celebrations of Venezuela?s bicentenary and with the presence of Argentinian president Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner.
