The voice and presence of OEMs
In the first workshop, OEMs will provide an overview about the possibilities of CNG markets from diverse regions of the world, which role CNG will play in a future technology mix with hydrogen and battery vehicles and which will be the main challenges that the immediate future will bring.
The facilitator is Timm Kehler, Erdgas mobil Managing Director, who will coordinate the following speakers: Manfred Schuckert, Daimler Company Strategist; Giuliano Giovannini, Iveco Product Marketing Manager; Muriel Desaeger, Senior Principal Technologist of the Energy Research Group for Toyota; Tobias Blase , Area Sales Manager Europe of Volkswagen; Fredrik Bohlin, Business Manager, Distribution & Alternative Fuels of Volvo Trucks; Victor Saenz-Vota, Senior Engineer for Alternative Fuels of IAV and Marco Verrienti – Marketing Manager Fiat Group Automobiles (Germany).
Likewise, the stands of Mercedes Benz, Fiat, Volvo Trucks, Iveco, IAV will show their units in the exhibition. A biogas racing car VW Scirocco, another Volkswagen T5 2.0 liters (85 kW) CNG Ecofuel, an LNG/LBG Iveco Stralis, among others, will be part of this methane vehicles show.

It is to be noted that, in addition to an attractive list of facilitators and speakers, an international attendance is guaranteed for this event, given representatives from over 45 countries will participate. Among them, there is a record share of African and Eastern Europe countries (9% respectively of the total 849 on line pre-registrations to this day).
